Chausses out of wool with foot part. For attaching on the belt the chausses have two eyelet holes (sewed with hand) on the upper edge. The matching fingerloop braid and the lace thapes are included in the price. Dating 13th to 14th century. We made the chausses based on images from the Maciejowskibible and finds such as chausses from Bockstenman or chausses from Greenland - Herjolfsnes. The upper front part is slightly pointed. The foot part has a form  like the finds (see pictures), consists of two parts, one of the seams runs under the sole of the foot.

The chausses will be made to measure and they will be made individual according to your wishes, therefore they are a custom-made item.

• Fabric: You can choose if we shall provide the fabric, or if you want to send us a fabric. For these chausses we will need about 1,5 m of fabric (without lining).

• Version: You can choose if the inseams of the chausses shall be sewn with the sewing machine and the visible seams with hand, or if the chausses shall be sewn entirely by hand.

• Lining: You can choose if the chausses shall be lined with linen, wool or not at all.
