Germanic cloak

The cloak is made based on the germanic Thorsbergcloak.

The size is 2,30 x 1,60 m.

On a longer and a shorter side the cloak has a tablet woven braid, on the second shorter side it has fringes (two-coloured, made in the coloures of the braid). The braids are sewed onto the cloak (at the original the braids were woven while the cloak was woven, we use a readily fabric therefore we can only sew the briads onto the cloak).

NEW - In the corners the braids are woven together. You can see that best on the picture of the corner of the red cloak.

The braids are made out of vegetable-dyed wool, the striped pattern ist also made following the Thorsbergfind.

The cloak can be adjusted to fit your size and it will be made individual according to your wishes, therefore it is a custom-made item.

The product photos are only to exemplify the design. You can define the colours and details. We make the cloak in your colour of coice (as far as it is possible), let us know your colour of choice via E-Mail or directly when you order in the field 'Bemerkungen'.

For the cloak you have here in the onlineshop different variants to choose from, which determine the price depending on material costs.

• Fabric: You can choose if we shall provide the fabric, or if you want to send us a fabric. For this cloak we will need about 2,5 m of fabric.

• Yarn: You can choose if we shall provide the yarn, or if you want to send us a yarn. For this cloak we will need about 3 pieces of ball of yarn (1 piece with 100 g).
