Description

Handmade disc brooch out of bronze with red enamel inlays. Diameter ca. 2,6 cm, accordingly to the originals from the 6th century. The originals had garnet inlays and they were out of silver or gold. At the back is a needle with a catch. The second picture shows an original from a destroyed women's grave from Westheim - middle of the 6th century.
