Cotte (dress) high middle age with four gores

High middle aged cotte out of wool with narrow sleeves and four gores (on the sides, front and back). Neckline has in front the form of a keyhole, which can be closed with a brooch. Dating 2nd half of 13th and beginning of 14th century. It is based on images of the Maciejowskibible and of the Manesse.

The cotte will be made to measure and it will be made individual according to your wishes, therefore it is a custom-made item.

For the cotte you have here in the onlineshop different variants to choose from, which determine the price depending on material costs and working time.

• Fabric: You can choose if we shall provide the fabric, or if you want to send us a fabric. For this cotte we will need about 3,5 m of fabric (without lining).

• Version: You can choose if the inseams of the kirtle shall be sewn with the sewing machine and the visible seams with hand, or if the cotte shall be sewn entirely by hand.

• Lining: You can choose if the cotte shall be lined with linen, wool or not at all.
