Trousers after Thorsbergfashion

A narrow, long trousers out of wool or linen, we based the fashion on the fashion of the germanic Thorsbergtrousers (2nd century), the trousers can be wraped around with binders till the knee. This form of the trousers was worn from Alamanni, Langobards, Vikings, Franks and Slavs. The fashion is compared to the originalfind simplified (the trousers are made without the foot part, the seams on the side are sewn entirely, the middle part consists only of two and not three parts).

The trousers will be made to measure and it will be made individual according to your wishes, therefore it is a custom-made item.

• Fabric: You can choose if we shall provide the fabric, or if you want to send us a fabric. For this trousers we will need about 2 m of fabric.

• Version: You can choose if the inseams of the trousers shall be sewn with the sewing machine and the visible seams with hand, or if the trousers shall be sewn entirely by hand.

• Fabrictype: You can choose if the trousers shall be made out of wool or linen.

• Waistband: You can choose if the trousers should have a drawstring or belt loops.
